 These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We allow changes to your booking within one hour of placing your order. This can be done by changing your session date and time depending on class availability. Please email [email protected] to amend your booking.

If you are running late for your class, kindly contact us through the number provided on your ticket after purchase. If you have an emergency or a sudden illness preventing you from attending, please text the number provided and also email [email protected] to inform us.

In the event that the class fails to meet the minimum enrolment requirement, Puppy Yoga London reserves the right to cancel the class. The Participants will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date in such circumstances.

The Participant understands that for the scheduled class to proceed, a minimum enrolment of at least nine (9) participants is required.

If the class is canceled due to insufficient attendees, the Participant will be offered a voucher to use within 6 months.

We allow a 15-minute time period if attendees are running late for their class. After this, it will be considered that you are absent. If you are running late, please contact us to avoid distractions and ensure safety measures are carried out for the puppies with little to no disturbance.

After purchasing your ticket, you will be sent a booking confirmation email which acts as your ticket. We may ask for your first name and last name which you booked with at the door.

To attend the session, anyone under the age of 10 must always have an accompanying adult at all times and everyone including children and accompanying adults must have their own tickets.

Tickets are non refundable, even in the case of covid-related illness.

You will only be able to reschedule your class to another date if you reschedule yourself using the ‘reschedule link’ with at least 48 hours notice. You cannot reschedule to another venue.

If you book a class less than 48 hours away, you will not be able to reschedule.

If we cancel class due to covid precautions we will issue a booking voucher to rebook.

In case of illness, you may gift your tickets to a friend, family member etc. as long as you warn us via email.

Please also take care when booking tickets and avoid booking too many as we do not refund.

You may transfer your ticket to a friend or loved one, however you will be required to inform us via email.
Please note that after your purchase you will be sent your booking confirmation email — this acts as your ticket.

We may ask for your first name and last name which you booked with at the door.

I am aware that photographs/videography may be taken throughout the class and will be used for advertising purposes by The Puppy Yoga London (i.e. social media).

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Kindly ensure you do not have asthma or any allergies towards animals, including the animals featured during the session. If you are unsure, please consult with your doctor.

Prior to the session, kindly ensure you do not have any symptoms that would suggest illness that could pose a risk to other participants and the puppies. If you do, kindly inform us and we shall offer guidance on a way forward.

We announce the breed of the puppies one week prior to the class. In the event that the breed is to change, we will communicate so. If you have booked a class and are not satisfied with the breed, kindly inform us so that we may reschedule your class to one you would be more comfortable with. Please note that if you attend the class despite not being happy with it, we will not be able to offer you the option to change.

During the sessions, understand that there are risks inherent to participating, including but not limited to injury and physical harm to yourself and others. You will not hold The Puppy Yoga London or any of its staff liable for any damages that occur from the session.

Be made aware that The Puppy Yoga London has the right to remove anyone exhibiting violent or inappropriate behaviour towards any animals or people, as well as those disrupting the session.

Kindly do not feed or mishandle the puppies. Treat the puppies with utmost care and respect.
